Pasta with Ricotta, Capers and Olives
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix together the olives, oil, capers, garlic and chives.
  2. Warm the cheese and milk in a saucepan, season, then remove from heat.
  3. Toss the pasta into the milk and cheese mixture, then mix in 2/3 of the oil and olive mixture.
  4. Plate, garnish with the remaining oil and olive mixture, and serve.
